Maureen Brown

Maureen is a well known local artist whose realistic oil paintings have appeared in both Squamish and B.C. Art Shows. Trained as a commercial artist in England, Maureen became interested in painting after emigrating to Canada. She enjoys exploring the relationships between light, colour and texture in her oil paintings. Maureen credits the spectacular landscape of the Sea-to-Sky area for inspiring her passion for her art.
