A 6-week community healing experience for real women with real stories. This isn't about acting or performing—it's about transformation through storytelling. Join Loretta Cella and Louise Robinson for a deeply healing journey where you'll use writing, breathwork, and gentle creative exploration to: awaken your authentic voice, honor truths you've been hiding, shed old patterns and fear, and step into empowered self-expression. Through improv fundamentals, heart-coherent breathwork, and somatic awareness, you'll craft a personal monologue that illuminates YOUR story—held safely in a trauma-informed space with women who truly see you. Each week builds intentionally toward deeper healing, embodied confidence, and reclaiming the parts of yourself waiting to emerge. Optional public community performance available for those who choose on March 14th.
