Through improv fundamentals, heart-coherent breathwork, and somatic awareness, you'll craft a personal monologue that illuminates YOUR story—held safely in a trauma-informed space with women who truly see you. Each week builds intentionally toward deeper healing, embodied confidence, and reclaiming the parts of yourself waiting to emerge.
