The Friday night Exhibit Competition is open to everyone wanting to showcase their skills at arts 'n' crafts, and food production including growing, preserving, baking. Check out the category details on the BFI website. Entry tags can be purchased at Anna's Interiors, Local Roots Farm Market and Brackendale General Store until Sept 4. The winners receive cash and coveted prize ribbons, and a place in the
history books. All exhibit entries will be viewable by the public at the Saturday Fall Fair. Pick up your entries Saturday evening by 6 pm.

The OG event in Squamish, The Fall Fair is The Day the community comes together to celebrate summer's bounty and good friends 'n' neighbours. All families are welcome. With a deep intensity random encounters, loneliness and love is transformed into sonorous short stories that open doors into others' lives, where we get to be guests for a little while. Melodic pop songs take unexpected leaps and fits her magical voice perfectly, electronics and samples are helping to modernize a traditional acoustic singer / songwriter genre at the same time as Joni's heart beats behind it.

The Long & Short is an evening of true and personal storytelling! Come listen to ordinary people share their stories related to our monthly theme.

If you’ve wildly exaggerated your resume to land that dream job or pretended to be famous to get the VIP treatment, this could be the theme for you.

And since a story isn’t a story without someone to hear it, you’re also welcome to just come along to listen!
