The North Shore Celtic Ensemble presents an afternoon with fiery tunes and blazing fiddles. Squamish at Dusk is a winter light art experience where captivating installations weave tales and immerse event-goers in a transformed environment. Participants will experience a fusion of light, art and narrative as installations unveil stories about our region, and transform our beloved park into a nighttime wonderland.
Expect to immersive yourself in a world of light and art. Wander through the park which will be filled with mesmerising installations, spoiler alert:

If you can trace an image, you can make a blotted line monoprint. First made popular by Andy Warhol, this technique utilizes just a few unique materials that create inky outlines that can then be colored in and embellished (from Creativebug).
This program is for you if you’re looking to flex your creative muscle, to get inspired, and to spend time with one another.

The Ferry Building Gallery is excited to showcase artwork from West Vancouver art instructors for its first show of 2024. Through their diverse teachings, each instructor aims to inspire participants’ creativity by encouraging their students to experience the world from the standpoint of curiosity. Staying Curious honors these instructors by reflecting on their unique approaches to making art and their sources of creativity.
