Squamish at Dusk is a winter light art experience where captivating installations weave tales and immerse event-goers in a transformed environment. Participants will experience a fusion of light, art and narrative as installations unveil stories about our region, and transform our beloved park into a nighttime wonderland.

Expect to immersive yourself in a world of light and art. Wander through the park which will be filled with mesmerising installations, spoiler alert:

A glowing enchanted forest
A deep, dark, sparkling grotto
A glorious tree of life connecting us all
An under the water themed immersive installation

An exhibition and sale of unique crafts, fine artwork and distinctive gifts handmade by 37 local artists and artisans.

I'll be opening my home + studio to friends, neighbours and supporters in Squamish, Vancouver + Whistler on the first weekend of December, 11am - 4pm. We will be 4 artists: Fran Solar - metal artist, Susan Remnant - jewellery designer, Maciek Walentovicz - jeweller + sculptor and myself, Zoë Evamy - water media and mixed media artist. The Ferry Building Gallery is excited to showcase artwork from West Vancouver art instructors for its first show of 2024. Through their diverse teachings, each instructor aims to inspire participants’ creativity by encouraging their students to experience the world from the standpoint of curiosity. Staying Curious honors these instructors by reflecting on their unique approaches to making art and their sources of creativity.
