    UNFILTERED: The Therapeutic Theatre Journey

    Featured Feb 5 @ 6:00 pm - Mar 12 @ 8:00 pm PST

Join Loretta Cella and Louise Robinson for a deeply healing journey where you'll use writing, breathwork, and gentle creative exploration to: awaken your authentic voice, honor truths you've been hiding, shed old patterns and fear, and step into empowered self-expression. Through improv fundamentals, heart-coherent breathwork, and somatic awareness, you'll craft a personal monologue that illuminates YOUR story—held safely in a trauma-informed space with women who truly see you. Each week builds intentionally toward deeper healing, embodied confidence, and reclaiming the parts of yourself waiting to emerge.
