    Faux Kintsugi Gathering

    Featured Jun 1 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm PDT

Join us for a calming, hands-on workshop inspired by the Japanese art of kintsugi, the practice of mending broken pottery with gold to honour, rather than hide, its history. In this accessible “faux kintsugi” version, we’ll use simple, safe materials to recreate the look and spirit of this beautiful tradition. During the session, you’ll gently repair a pre-broken ceramic piece while exploring the philosophy behind kintsugi: embracing imperfection, resilience, and transformation. This is not just a craft workshop—it’s an invitation to slow down, reflect, and find meaning in the process of repair. No prior experience is needed.
