Somatic exercises and movement classes are taught by Erica Otto, they will feature some of the explorations and practices which are the foundation of the exhibit including the exercises used to create some of the art works.

PORTALS is an experiential art installation coming to Squamish, this October 2025.
PORTALS will use multi-sensory art and experiences to support viewers’ nervous systems so that they may better navigate changes and transitions. The immersive art experiences will help to lay the somatic foundations for new experiences and healing. The experience will help viewers/participants build their capacity to move through transitions and experience change positively.
