Digital Photography for Kids 2.0 – DSLR & Manual Mode

(1 hour each / session)

In this class, students will work with professional photographer, Vairdy Frail. Students will learn how to operate a DSLR camera and shoot in manual mode. Topics covered include: The Photographers Toolkit, Camera Settings, Exposure, Focusing, Composition, Lighting and Posing.  The class will end with an ‘art show’ where kids can invite their family and friends to come see their work.

*The class fee includes two 11 x 14 prints the students get to keep

**No previous experience with photography or a DSLR is required

Students will need to bring their own DSLR cameras. Please note a DSLR camera that has manual capabilities is required for this course.
