India is a self-taught watercolour and acrylic painter, born and raised in Cranbrook, BC and she has called Squamish home for the last few years. The mountains influence every area of her life and she can often be found skiing, biking, or hiking. India works mainly with landscapes as subject matter through which she aims to capture the moments of tranquility that we all may experience in nature. While much of her work is inspired by the Rockies where she grew up, coastal landscapes have finally started to make their way into her work.
