This 75 minute adult class (18+) explores the expressive world of contemporary dance in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment. Perfect for movers of all experience levels, we’ll focus on building foundational technique, musicality, and fluidity through warm-ups, guided improvisation, and across-the-floor combinations. Whether you’re brand new to dance or looking to refine your skills, this open-level class offers a supportive space to move and groove.

Dayna Goldman
Dayna Goldman is a local elementary school teacher, as well as the founder and director of the Sea to Sky Dance Collective. The collective is a non-profit group of experienced adult contemporary dancers, who use dance as a tool to build community, while also fundraising for local charitable organizations through their drop-in classes and benefit productions. Dayna brings her deep passion for movement and community to every class she leads. With a warm and welcoming approach, she loves creating spaces where dancers of all levels can explore, connect, play and grow through dance.
