Intermediate Level Heels Dance

This 90 minute class is designed for adult dancers (18+) looking to deepen their technique and performance quality while dancing in heels. We will begin with a targeted warm-up focused on strengthening and lengthening the body, improving balance, and refining weight transfers—key foundations for confident and controlled movement in heels.

Across-the-floor combinations will challenge dancers to apply these fundamentals through dynamic movement patterns that build coordination, musicality, and presence. The latter part of the class is dedicated to learning a short, stylized choreography that blends technique with expression, encouraging dancers to explore their personal style and storytelling ability.

This class is perfect for dancers with previous heels or dance experience who are ready to push their physicality and artistry in a supportive, empowering environment.
