Join Natalia Correa, founder of Ashtanga Yoga Squamish, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Herbal Medicine practitioner, for an early evening that moves through the body, the forest and the season. We'll gather at the estuary for a welcome circle, then walk out toward the beach for forest bathing and breathwork, learning what that practice does for the nervous system by actually doing it. At the library there's a cup of Natalia's signature chai waiting, and a chance to guess the herbs in it. Over food, Natalia will talk about the turn we're in. This event is for everyone. No yoga experience, no plant knowledge needed. Just curiosity, warm layers and shoes you can walk in.
Chai, hummus and sourdough provided.
Get grounded in the basics of wheel-thrown pottery in this 1-week accelerated program.
Each week builds your skills step-by-step as you explore the full process of creating pottery on the wheel. You’ll start with wedging, centering, and throwing simple cylinders, then move on to trimming techniques and creating clean, flat bottoms. From there, you’ll learn to shape outward into bowls and mugs, add foot rings and handles, and finally glaze your finished pieces.
You’ll come away with a solid foundation in wheel throwing — and a small collection of handmade ceramics to show for it.
Fun, hands-on, and beginner-friendly. No experience needed!

In this hands-on 5-week program, students will explore the fundamentals of robotics by building and programming their own working robot. Over five sessions, participants will learn how robots sense, think, and act—using coding, electronics, and simple mechanical design to bring their creations to life.
In a small group setting, students will experiment with sensors, control movement, and problem-solve real-world challenges as their robots navigate a physical environment. Throughout the course, they’ll learn how to complete different tasks before putting everything together in a final challenge to follow lines and stop for obstacles.
Level 2 builds on everything students learn in our Robotics Foundations class and adds in CAD design and 3D printing. Each student will design and print their own robotic arm to pick up objects, and learn how to use a servo motor to control the arm.
From there, they can choose their own direction: dive deeper into coding so their robot works autonomously, or add new IR control so they can control their robot with a remote.
Get an introduction to Digital Fabrication while building your own personal display! This five-week course is designed as an overview to the various areas of Digital Fabrication: Laser Cutting, 3D Printing, Electronics, and Coding. Learn the fundamentals of laser cutting in this beginner-friendly class! Get hands-on with design setup, material selection, and machine operation while creating your own laser-cut project. No experience needed—materials provided!
