Join Natalia Correa, founder of Ashtanga Yoga Squamish, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Herbal Medicine practitioner, for an early evening that moves through the body, the forest, and the season.
We'll begin with a welcome circle and a cup of Natalia's signature chai while she introduces her work and the turn we're in. Autumn isn't a harvest season. It's the season of putting back: seeds return to the ground, soil gets prepared, and what's already been gathered is tended for the months ahead.
This event is for everyone. No yoga experience, no plant knowledge needed. Just curiosity, warm layers, and shoes you can walk in.
Chai, hummus and sourdough along with light refreshments will be provided. Please dress for the outdoors.
