On this walking tour through Alice Lake with Talaysay Campos from Talaysay Tours, you will hear the stories of how Coast Salish & Squamish people have been using the land for food, medicine and technology for thousands of years. Talaysay, born and raised in the Squamish and Sechelt Nation, is a respected Indigenous ethnobotanist, and health and wellness advocate specializing in business and economic reconciliation.
Together, let’s explore how nature and the built environment connect, and reflect on our relationship with the land, even within an urban accesible setting.
We encourage you to leave a donation that fits your budget for this tour.
