Join us for Keepin' It Fresh, monthly classes designed especially for retired Squamish residents who want to boost their brain, share some laughs, and make new friends while keeping their mind sharp and their spirit playful. Through interactive social games, you'll engage in lighthearted group activities that bring people together in a circle of creativity and connection. No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and sense of play!

In the Beginner Improv class the focus is on building confidence and fostering a supportive environment for exploration through laughter. Through group exercises and games you will be introduced to the foundations of improv such as “Yes, And”, spontaneity, active listening, being present in the moment, self awareness, vulnerability, taking risks, making and accepting offers. This class is all about stepping out of your comfort zone, trusting yourself and failing joyfully.
