Valdy Live At the BAG

Valdy, born Valdemar Horsdal in Ottawa, has been a fixture in Canadian pop and folk music for nearly 40 years. Known for his warm storytelling and keen observation of life’s moments, Valdy is celebrated for hits like “Play Me a Rock and Roll Song” and his engaging performances.

With almost half a million albums sold, Valdy boasts two Juno Awards (Folk Singer and Folk Entertainer of the Year), seven nominations, and four Gold albums.

Presented by The Brackendale Art Gallery Society with support from The Vancouver Community Foundation, this seated, theatre-style event includes chairs with backs and possibly some tables. The kitchen and bar will be open before the show for dinner and drinks.
