Come join artist Sira Pocovi from It’s 1958 to learn how to make your own pet portraits! You’ll learn very easy transfer techniques so you can turn any photo into a paint-ready outline! At the end of the class, you will have your own pet portrait on a 5×7 canvas! No painting experience needed-just bring your favourite pet photo and your love for your pet!

It all started when founder of the Art Gym club, Katie Hay, asked Sira to teach a class at Art Gym, so she could show people how she made her pet portraits. Sira had been wanting to teach for a while but never felt quite ready, so when Katie asked, she took a leap and said yes! Since then, the demand for more classes has continued to grow and so she has finally got the courage to ask Squamish Arts to host another one!
