For those who have developed a passion for oil painting, our classes will continue in November. Join us for “Oil Painting: The Next Step.” Each month, this class delves into various themes in oil painting—landscapes, seascapes, still lifes, flowers, and portraiture.
In November, we’ll concentrate on landscape painting by exploring the works of Danish Realist Painter – Peder Mørk Mønsted (1859-1941). We will closely analyze his artwork, and learn the techniques behind it, practice drawing, and enhance your skills in seeing values and mixing the right colours. As a result you will bring home a master copy of this remarkable artist and enhance your painting skills.
Experience Level:
Recommended for those who have taken Oil Painting for Beginners or as a refresher for those who’ve worked in some capacity with oil paints before. You don’t need to be an expert painter to take this course.
