Fluffy Side Bear Step-by-Step Painting

Dalia Shehata was born in Egypt and began drawing at the age of four, and studied painting and drawing at one of the Middle East’s oldest Fine Arts universities. A driven creative and entrepreneur, Dalia also pursued diplomas in graphic design and began working in the field before graduation. Her career flourished, leading her to work with major clients such as the World Health Organization and Pepsico. Dalia met her Canadian husband, Marcus, while he was working in Egypt. After the 2011 revolution, they moved to Oman, started a family, and eventually settled in Squamish in 2016. Together, they founded Happimess Art Studio, a playful, community-focused art studio with a passion for creativity, sensory play, and hands-on learning.
