ArtWalk Art Hub Registration

 Art Hub Registration Form: Squamish Adventure Centre

October 18 & 19 from 10 AM – 3 PM 

This is an opportunity for local artists (including from Furry Creek and Britannia Beach) who want to participate in Squamish ArtWalk’s Open Studio Tour weekend but who don’t have a studio space to open to the public. If you’re an artist who would like to share your work and creative process with the public over two days in a lively central location, apply now!

Can you help us promote ArtWalk on social media?
It’s helpful for Squamish Arts to be able to interact with you on social media platforms. This way we can work together to build hype and inspire people to come out.

Files accepted: JPG format (The maximum size of a photo is 5MB). If your photos are larger that 5MB please re-size them or email them separately to info@squamisharts.com. These images will be used on our website and in our marketing promotions so please make sure that they are good quality.

By submitting this form, you agree to abide by the event guidelines and respect shared space rules.

- Refundable $50 deposit is required.

- Payable upon acceptance by email transfer to info@squamisharts.com.

Photography:

Artists agree to the use of images on the Squamish Arts website and social media accounts for marketing and promotional purposes.

Setup:

Artists agree to supply their own tables and displays.

Communication:

Artists agree to receive communication from Squamish Arts Festival.

Cancellation:

Squamish ArtWalk reserves the right to cancel should unforeseen circumstances arise that are outside of our control. In the event this occurs, Squamish Arts will give artists as much notice as possible. Any artist who does not occupy their space at the Squamish Adventure Centre’s Art Hub by 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 18 & 19 will forfeit their space without refund or credit of deposit.

Liability:

Squamish Arts is not responsible for the prevention of injury or death, or for damage or loss of artist’s property due to theft or otherwise. Artists hold Squamish Arts harmless against all losses and damages related directly or indirectly to the Squamish ArtWalk.
