Aaron Rosenberg spent six years writing about festival art with Festival Worlds before he started building it himself, and he now makes large, lit-up, walk-in installations out of Create Makerspace in Squamish. His work includes The Noodle Box (Burning Man 2024), a giant take-out container you enter through a curtain of glowing noodles, which went on to Bass Coast as Late Night Noods and Wild Noods; Wild Union (Bass Coast 2025), an illuminated ceremonial arch couples get legally married; and the Orcar (Otherworld 2026), a 24 ft orca sculpture on a 20 ft truck chassis, built by about thirty community members through Create Public Art and toured to Otherworld, Bass Coast and Canada Day in Squamish in 2026. Aaron is a board member of Create Makerspace Society and, as of this summer, an artist full time.
