Maddi Saez

Between Basque Country and British Columbia.  My work is an exploration of numerous detailed and delicate lines, drawn layer by layer until they form trees, flowers and waves. I am not simply drawing landscapes, however, but using lines to describe the essential harmony I see in nature , the universe and in the human being. Starting with blank paper and a simple pen, then begins drawing.
From a young age, I had the need to explore different styles and techniques. My love for nature is reflected in my artworks and photography.  My studies in Graphic Design gives me the knowledge to transport and build the small business that I never expected. A hobby becomes on work. But I have really clear that being one of my scape routes, I have to keep this in mind and have a joy of it.
