Lorrie Wager

Lorrie Wager is a mixed media and textile artist living and  creating in Squamish BC.  Born and raised on the West Coast Lorrie has maintained an art practice for as long as she can remember. Lorrie graduated with a B.F.A. from The Alberta College of Art.  She worked in arts administration as an arts programmer with the  Maple Ridge and Pitt meadows Arts Council and the City of Vancouver.  Lorrie is influenced by her history working with textiles and stitch. She takes inspiration from her natural surroundings using colour, texture and patterning to create a sense of place.
