The April Show

The April Show features nine local Squamish artists in the first group show since the reopening of the BAG. Featuring a variety of practices and mediums, each artist is inspired by the beauty and wonder found in Sea to Sky. Their unique perspectives combine to create a show full of beauty, boldness, and whimsy.

The Ferry Building Gallery is delighted to announce the upcoming exhibition, "Transformation & Adaptation," featuring the works of artists Carol Demers and Anthea Cameron. This captivating showcase presents a blend of nature-inspired artworks that reflect the profound connections both artists share with the environment.

Fabric Arts: Squamish Nation Wool Weaving

Join Spelexilh, Anjeanette Dawson – a traditional wool weaver, knowledge keeper, storyteller, and Indigenous Educator from the S?wx?wú7mesh (Squamish) Nation – to make your own wool weaving. In this two-part workshop, you will learn to weave using a loom, while learning about the history of wool weaving, the revival of Squamish wool weaving, and the teachings that go with weaving. All materials provided. Suitable for beginners.

Squamish Figure Drawing

Nine Lives Figure Drawing

Figure drawing session with a live model. There will be a facilitator but no instruction. Practice your skills and meet other artists. Some easels are available to use. Bring your own drawing tools. Dry mediums and watercolour is also permitted, but please ask us if you would like to use other mediums.
