We will begin the class with a clearing meditation that will release any creative blocks that might be holding you back from expressing yourself creatively. We will use art therapy style practices to connect with our emotions and express and release them.
Instructor
Nic Wideman
Nic was making macrame crafts and selling online and at markets while in college from 2018-2020. They taught their first macrame plant hanger class during Covid, online! They then taught multiple classes in Nicaragua while living there over the winter last year. Nic loves to share this skill.
