Through group exercises and games you will be introduced to the foundations of improv such as “Yes\, And”\, spontaneity\, active listening\, being present in the moment\, self awareness\, vulnerability\, taking risks\, making and accepting offers. This class is all about stepping out of your comfort zone\, trusting yourself and failing joyfully.
