DESCRIPTION:Big Kids Improv Camp is a 3-day\, 3-night transformative retreat for adults (19+) who like to integrate play with personal growth.\nOver the course of the retreat\, you’ll dive deep into improv workshops led by some of Vancouver’s most experienced improv performers and instructors—sandwiched between guided meditations\, breathwork\, mindfulness\, and somatic practices that ground you in your body and the present moment. Bonus: Farm animal play and goat yoga! Facilitators include Louise Robinson\, Margret Nyfor\, Lauren McGibbon\, Andrew Barber\, Nina Fields and Laura Sharp.
