Lotte Bond

Lotte is a self-taught fibre artist who lives in Squamish, BC with her husband and three young boys. Her Finnish grandmother taught her basic weaving and crocheting as a child but it wasn’t until three years ago that she dove deeper into the fibre arts.

Lotte is drawn to modern and simple Scandinavian design and enjoys working with bold and colourful patterns. Nature’s lines and textures are another source of inspiration, which is evident in her organically shaped pieces. Lotte’s works vary in style and technique as she continues to explore this art form.
